Putting “People to Work” and the “Power of Work” are our clients’ mottos and we love seeing people having a place to learn and work and grow friendships that last a lifetime. Some people have Medicare and Medicaid or other benefit assistance programs. BH Benefits understands all of this and shows employers how best to operate a benefits platform that does not interfere with these government programs.

BH Benefits conducts in person benefit open enrollment sessions for employees, their spouses and guardians. We encourage participation by all so that benefits are understood and used correctly.  We will make sure that employees understand that their employer provided benefits are primary and other coverage is secondary.  Taking full advantage of the benefits program regardless of what type of plan(s) are in place makes great employee sense and we help to make sure that happens.
